Directions from Highway 17:
Take Highway 174 towards Edisto Beach; follow it for 17 miles to the McKinley Washington, Jr. Bridge, which crosses the Intra Coastal Waterway to Edisto Island..
After crossing the bridge travel 5 more miles; turn right onto Chisolm Plantation Road, at the entrance to Middleton Plantation.
The museum is on your immediate left.
Directions from Edisto Beach:
Take Highway 174 across the causeway and follow it for 7.7 miles.
Turn left onto Chisolm Plantation Road.
The museum is on your immediate left.
